⧫ First of all, food and drinks, which people eat everyday are the most important thing for health. A logical diet without fast food such as hamberger, sausage, potato chips, should be had in each family. Nowadays, most of people are in a hurry, they don't have enough time to cook a good meal with fresh vegetable. That' s so bad ! An other hands, people who know the nutrition that depends on the condition of each body, such as diseases; age; male or female;breakfast, lunch, dinner or supper ;... always believe about affection of good food and have a smart diet every meal. For example, you should have meal in time, always have breakfast at 6 or 7am with noodles or rice and drink milk. It makes you to have an energetic day. At dinner, you should eat less meat, more vegetables and fish. Importantly, you mustn't drink wine and smoke because lung diseases,heart diseases and other diseases are caused by them.
⧫Doing exercise regularly is second way for staying healthy. Per morning , you should play sports .Some sports are swimming, walking around the park ,... Specifically, swimming can help people stay fit, and relax . People could lose weight quickly, too .However, selecting a kind of sports that suit to your body and age is very necessary or you may get hurt from playing them. Only eating the good food can't make us healthy, and doing exercises prevent us from disease and a suitable sport is as good for health as eating fresh food. Additionally, you should keep the smile on your lips , be cheerful , and try to comfort to someone all the time. They're many exercise which are suitable for everyone.
⧫After all, in my opinion, health is important and the ways you stay healthy are important, too. So we should remember several ways for being healthy such as a food diet and a suitable sport. Spend time staying and you won't regret it.
